jfet.org email policy

Email received by the administrators and users (hereafter referred to as "Users") of jfet.org and all other domains hosted on this and related machines (hereafter referred to as "jfet.org") is subject to the following conditions:

1. Copies of email received and/or archived by a User on jfet.org are the sole property of said User. They may be used and/or redistributed at the sole discretion of the User.
2. Unsolicited email sent to a User may result in a $50 processing and archival fee at the discretion of the jfet.org administrators.
3. Those wishing an email to be removed from the jfet.org archives (thereby terminating ownership outlined in (1) above) may be charged a $50 fee for processing. Only the author of an email may request its removal; jfet.org administrators reserve the right to confirm authorship of an email before removing it.
4. By sending an email to any User of jfet.org, the author of said email agrees to be bound by the terms above. If the author does not wish to continue to be bound by these terms, he may request removal of all archived material for which he can prove authorship; any fees incurred are the responsibility of the author.
